Flickru
The concept (credit John Boddie, explanation by Evan Donovan): Write a haiku (or cinquain, or any other short form poem that you want with links embedded in it to images on Flickr (or another site). You could do this by simply using the code [http://www.flickr.com/path_to_some_picture|word_in_your_poem], or, if you want to get it to pop up in another window, <a href="http://www.flickr.com/path" target="_blank">word</a>. That might create a nice juxtaposition effect, since then readers could still see the poem at the same time as they saw the image. Of course, there are even fancier ways to do it, such as inline images that are pre-set to be invisible and relative- or absolute-positioned near the poem or floated next to it, then after an onmouseclick event become visible. I might explain how to do that later, once I figure out how to do it myself.
