Wiki

A wiki, from the Hawaiian word for "quick", is a website that can be easily edited by multiple users, in a simplified markup language which traditionally uses CamelCase to identify what parts of the page text should be made into links.

The most famous and widely used wiki is Wikipedia, which, however, differs in several significant ways from the majority of wikis in existence. To see a more traditional wiki, look at the MeatballWiki, which focuses on programming and wiki-related topics.
